Thomas Donchez: (Co-founder / President, CEO)

Management was a common position for Tom during his high school jobs, from the entertainment industry to retail stores. He always worked his way up, getting as close as he could to running the store or business. From doing inventory, scheduling, and unfortunately sometimes hiring and firing, Tom took a large role in most of his part time and full time jobs.

Whether it was this or his ongoing side jobs of web development and video production, Tom developed a strong desire to work for himself eventually. That oppurtunity became available during his last year in college, and Baldon Computer Solutions was soon incorporated.

Working since he was 14 years old, Tom has very good work ethic and a variety of experience, leading to the success of BCS as a recent startup. Tom is finally getting his chance to put all of his years of experience to use.

With the large amount of competition in the software development area, Tom works hard to differentiate Baldon from the competition. From customer support experience to programming, Tom brings to Baldon everything it needs to make things run smoothly and keep customers coming back.
